Service Description
The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Blended Training course was developed to provide an alternative way for individuals to complete the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food course. The Blended course consists of 2 parts. Part 1 is online and Part 2 is Instructor-Led. (Part 1 will be emailed once Part 2 is booked) Both parts must be completed in order to obtain the FSPCA Participant Certificate of Training.

Cancellation Policy
All FSPCA PCQI courses are held virtually by Zoom video and will require an internet connection, webcam, and microphone. For the best course experience, please consider using a desktop computer/laptop. A valid ID such as a driver's license, state-issued or work ID, as well as the Part 1 completion ticket or enrollment ticket, must be submitted before attending the course. This information will be sent to the participant's email used when registering for the course. Participants who do not submit the required items will not be eligible to attend the course but will be allowed to reschedule. Cancellation of a course within 10 business days before the course date participants will be entitled to a partial 50% refund. Cancellation within 1-5 business days before a course date participants will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation for classes where registration has ended or an individual that did not attend the course will not be eligible for a refund. Broughton Food Safety reserves the right to cancel a course for the following reasons: a course with low enrollment, and other unforeseen and/or uncontrollable events.
