Service Description

The ServSafe® Manager’s Certification program is the industry’s leading food safety and training and certification program and is a main ingredient to help food service operations keep their customers and employees safe. Cancellation Policy

ServSafe Food Protection Manager, Food Handlers and Proctoring Cancellation Policy ServSafe Food Protection Manager and Food Handler course, exam and recertification exams, and proctoring must be completed in person with a Certified ServSafe Instructor and/or Proctor per National Restaurant Association guidelines. On the day of the course and exam, participants must bring a government-issued ID such as Driver’s license, state-issued ID, or work ID. For online proctored exams participants must bring a ServSafe Manager Online Exam voucher to the exam session and a laptop with minimum technology requirements. https://www.servsafe.com/students/courseactivities/technical-requirements Exam vouchers can be purchased here. https://www.servsafe.com/access/ss/Catalog/ProductList/10 Participants must bring the course manual to the in-person training session. Cancellation of a training session or proctoring service 10 days before the class or proctoring date participants will be eligible for a 50% refund. Courses canceled within 1-5 business days or on the day of the course will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation for classes where registration has ended or an individual that did not attend the course without 24-hour prior notice will not be eligible for a refund. Broughton Food Safety reserves the right to cancel a course for the following reasons: courses with low enrollment, or unforeseen and/or uncontrollable events. Paid participants will receive a full refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing the payment. By purchasing the courses participants agree to the terms and conditions of the course and cancellation policies.
