At Broughton Food Safety our trainers hold bachelor's degrees in Biology and Master's degrees in Food and Nutritional Science. Our trainers are certified as an SQF practitioner, Certified International HACCP Instructors, Seafood HACCP,  Certified ServSafe Instructors and Proctor, Produce Safety Growers Certification,  Better Process Control for Acidified Foods, and FSPCA Preventive Control for Human Food.
