FSPCA PCQI
Terms and conditions

All FSPCA Preventive Control for Human Food (PCQI) courses are held virtually by Zoom video and will require an internet connection, webcam, and microphone. 

Participants must be present on video to be marked for attendance for the duration of the training. Training sessions are recorded for quality purposes. 

 

A valid ID such as a driver's license, state-issued or work ID, as well as the Part 1 completion ticket or enrollment ticket, must be submitted before attending the course. This information will be sent to the participant's email used when registering for the course. Participants who do not submit the required items will not be eligible to attend the course but will be allowed to reschedule.

 

Cancellation of a course within 10 business days before the course date participants will be entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellation within 1-5 business days before a course date participants will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation for classes where registration has ended or an individual that did not attend the course will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Broughton Food Safety reserves the right to cancel a course for the following reasons: a course with low enrollment, and other unforeseen and/or uncontrollable events.

Paid participants may request a refund or credit to reschedule.

 

Broughton Food Safety will not be held responsible for any omissions and errors in the Food Safety Plans course materials or any other documentation developed by course participants based on the content of the material provided. Virtual course participants must comply with all requirements outlined by FSPCA and provided during registration.

Training material for virtual courses will be provided in electronic versions by email. Hard copies will not be sent to participants.
