
ServSafe Proctoring
terms & conditions
ServSafe Food Protection Manager proctored exam and recertification exams must be completed in person with a Registered ServSafe Instructor and/or Proctor per National Restaurant Association requirements.
Location of proctoring service varies, must be held at a public place such as a library or customer place of business.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or cashier's check.
We do not accept personal or business checks.
​
Payment is due before the time of proctoring services. Cash payment can be made on-site.
​
Pricing is per 1 - attempt per participant. Payment is still required in the event the participant fails the exam
If a participant fails and would like a retest, the proctoring fees and exam voucher/access code and/or answer sheet must be re-purchased.

Participants cancellation of a proctoring service within 10 days before the proctoring date participants will be eligible for a 50% refund or credit to reschedule the course. Sessions canceled within 1-5 business days or on the day of the session will not be eligible for a refund. Participants who do not show up on the day of the proctoring service will not be eligible for a refund.
Once proctoring services are provided, all sales are final and will not be eligible for a refund.

Broughton Food Safety reserves the right to cancel a session due to unforeseen and/or uncontrollable events.
Paid participants will receive a credit to reschedule the course or request a 50% refund.

Exam materials that were purchased ahead of the exam session by either the participants or establishments must bring a ServSafe Manager Online Exam voucher/ Access Code or scantron answer sheet to the exam session. For online proctoring participants must have access to computer or laptop with Wifi and minimum technology requirements. Failure to bring the required materials to the exam session, participants will not be able to take the exam and will not be eligible for a refund.

On the day of the proctored exam session, each participant must bring a valid government-issued ID such as a Driver’s license, Passport, or School or work ID.
Please note: your ID will be collected during the exam session and given back upon exam completion.
