
ServSafe Course
Terms & Conditions
ServSafe Food Protection Manager and Food Handlers course and exam must be completed in person with a Certified ServSafe Instructor and/or Proctor per National Restaurant Association requirements.

Course sessions can be scheduled for 8 hours (1 day) or 16 hours (2 days), and Food Handlers half day (4 hours). A 50% non-refundable fee is due at the time of scheduling the course session. The remaining balance must be made at the time of the course session.

Payments can be made by cash, credit card, or cashier's check.
We do not accept personal or business checks.
Pricing is per 1 - attempt per participant. Payment is still required in the event the participant fails the exam on the first attempt.
If a participant fails and would like a retest, the proctoring fees and exam voucher/access code and/or answer sheet must be re-purchased.

Participant cancellation of a course within 10 days before the class or proctoring date participants will be eligible for a 50% refund or credit to reschedule the course. Courses canceled within 1-5 business days or on the day of the course will not be eligible for a refund. Participants who do not show up on the day of the course and/or exam will not be eligible for a refund. Once course services are provided, all sales are final and will not be eligible for a refund.
Broughton Food Safety reserves the right to cancel a course with low enrollment, or unforeseen and/or uncontrollable events. Paid participants will receive a credit to reschedule the course or request a 50% refund.

On the day of the course and exam, each participant must bring a valid government-issued ID such as a Driver’s license, Passport, or School or work ID.
Please note: your ID will be collected during the exam session and given back upon completion of the examination.

Food ServSafe Handlers course certificate of completion per ServSafe will not have a record or copy each participant must maintain their certificate of completion.
