Service Description
The Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) Blended Training course was developed to provide an alternative way for individuals to complete the FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food course. The Blended course consists of 2 parts. PCHF version 2.0 Part 1 is a self-paced online course that must be purchased through www.fspca.net. Once Part 1 is completed, an enrollment ticket/completion ticket will be issued to enroll in Part 2 version 2.0, which is Instructor-Led. FSPCA PCHF version 1.2 enrollment tickets will not be accepted for PCHF Part 2 version 2.0 FSPCA Preventive Control for Human Food (PCHF) version 2.0 Part 1 MUST be completed before attending this PCHF version 2.0 Part 2 Instructor-Led course. PCHF Part 1 and Part 2 version 2.0 MUST be completed to obtain the FSPCA PCQI Participant Certificate of Training.

Cancellation Policy
All FSPCA PCQI courses are held virtually by Zoom video and will require an internet connection, webcam, and microphone. You must be present via webcam for the entire course to receive your participant certificate. Late arrival and/or early departure will prevent issuance of certificate. For the best course experience, please consider using a desktop computer/laptop to access the course learning exercises. A valid ID such as a driver's license, state-issued or work ID, as well as the Part 1 completion ticket or enrollment ticket, must be submitted before attending the course. This information will be sent to the participant's email used when registering for the course. Participants who do not submit the required items will not be eligible to attend the course but will be allowed to reschedule. Cancellation of a course within 10 business days before the course date participants will be entitled to a partial 50% refund. Cancellation within 1-5 business days before a course date participants will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellation for classes where registration has ended or an individual that did not attend the course will not be eligible for a refund. Broughton Food Safety reserves the right to cancel a course for the following reasons: a course with low enrollment, and other unforeseen and/or uncontrollable events.
