Service Description

The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager’s Certification program is the industry’s leading food safety and training and certification program. It is a main ingredient to help food service operations keep their customers and employees safe. ServSafe® training helps you understand and identify all the food safety risks in an operation. Food Protection Manager: 70% required to pass the certification exam One day 8 hour course 6-hour lecture and 2 hours for the exam. 45-minute lunch break Two Day Course 16 hours (Day One 8 hour lecture, Day Two 6 hour lecture and 2 hour certification exam. The ServSafe Food Handler Certificate verifies basic food safety knowledge and is for individuals in food handler employee-level positions. Upon successful completion of the ANAB ASTM 2659 accredited Food Handler course and 40-question exam, the employee will receive a Certificate of Achievement from the National Restaurant Association. Half Day 4 hour course and assessment and certificate of completion. Both courses must be completed in person.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% non refundable deposit required for course materials. Cancelation within 10 days before the class or proctoring date participants will be eligible for a 50% refund or credit to reschedule the course. Cancelation within 1-5 business days or on the day of the course will not be eligible for a refund. Participants that do not show up on the day of the course and/or exam will not be eligible for a refund.
